THE TWO RIVERS

- Departs from Elgin Saturdays at 10 a.m. & Thursdays at 2 p.m.
Boards at Elgin and goes to Kimmel, then back to Elgin. Magnificent scenery! Ride the train through the rugged and roadless canyon country, along the shores of the Grande Ronde River and the "Wild and Scenic" Wallowa River. Dramatic timbered and open ridges, basalt cliffs, and lots of birds and wildlife are highlights. A delectable lunch or dessert and beverage are served on the train and included in the ticket price. Additional concessions are available for purchase on the train.
Returns around 1:30 or 5:30 p.m.

Have your children ever ridden a train?.... Now is the opportunity. Take your family on an exciting train ride in the scenic Grande Ronde River canyon. Departs from Elgin and travels to Lookingglass. Get off the train for 30 minutes to explore. Then board again for the return trip.

Boards at Wallowa and travels eastbound, past ranches with lush green meaows and fields of cattle and horses. Magnificent views of the 9000' tall Wallowa Mountains. A delicious dessert and beverage are served on the train and included in the ticket price.
Returns around 12:30 & 3:30 p.m.

This evening trip boards at Elgin, and goes to Palmer Junction, then back to Elgin. Join your friends and co-workers for a TGIF train ride. Grande Ronde River scenery and fun, party atmosphere. Beer, wine and food available for purchase. Returns around 8:00 p.m.
